LabsNet Embedded
LabsNet Embedded is the private-label and co-branded infrastructure layer for qualified laboratories and approved program operators. Your organization can own the customer experience while LabsNet coordinates eligible laboratory capacity, workflow, logistics, records and result delivery behind it.
What sits behind your brand
The value is not simply placing a logo over a test catalog. LabsNet Embedded is designed to coordinate the commercial, operational and data workflow required to deliver a governed testing program across one or more qualified laboratories.
Present an approved catalog under your customer experience with program-specific descriptions, pricing and eligibility controls.
Route eligible work using test capability, jurisdiction, receiving requirements, turnaround, logistics and contracted commercial terms.
Programs that require an authorized ordering provider can be structured to incorporate an appropriately licensed provider workflow rather than treating authorization as a marketing formality.
Coordinate properly packaged, sealed shipments through qualified carriers or separately controlled logistics operations with custody events from pickup through laboratory delivery.
Coordinate status, records and normalized delivery while preserving the performing laboratory's original analytical report and responsibility.
Structure wholesale test costs, platform charges, logistics and partner pricing into one controlled commercial workflow rather than reconciling every laboratory separately.
Built for established operators
The program is intentionally positioned inside the 516Labs laboratory-partnership channel. It is designed for organizations with a credible testing use case, customer relationship and operating model—not indiscriminate resale.
Responsibility model
The exact structure depends on the test, jurisdiction and program. This operating model keeps responsibility explicit rather than using branding to obscure who performed the regulated work.
| Layer | Partner brand | 516Labs / LabsNet | Qualified provider / laboratory |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customer experience | Can own branded front end and account relationship | Supports infrastructure and orchestration | Participates as required by program |
| Catalog + pricing | Program-specific retail/commercial model | Catalog controls, contracted network economics and reconciliation | Provides contracted performing capability |
| Ordering authorization | Captures required program inputs | Coordinates workflow where included | Authorized provider evaluates/orders where required |
| Transport | May present shipment status to customer | Coordinates eligible carrier/logistics workflow | Carrier maintains transport custody within assigned role |
| Analytical testing | Does not perform merely by owning the brand | Does not perform analytical work unless separately authorized and operationally approved | Performing laboratory tests and remains responsible for analytical work |
| Results | Can deliver through branded experience | Normalizes status and delivery workflow | Produces original laboratory result/report |
Commercial model
Programs are structured contractually rather than advertised as bargain self-service resale. The objective is to create durable recurring revenue for both the partner and 516Labs.
Branded workflow, catalog administration, partner controls, reporting and program operations can be priced as recurring platform access.
Completed testing can carry contracted transaction economics tied to routing, workflow and program administration.
Complex programs may include implementation, data mapping, portal configuration, workflow design and partner onboarding.
Program qualification
We will map the target tests, geography, customer flow, ordering requirements, logistics, laboratory eligibility, result delivery and commercial structure before proposing an embedded program.
