Public testing-request privacy notice
Effective August 24, 2026.
516Labs collects the contact and project information you submit so we can evaluate and respond to your laboratory-testing request.
What we collect
Your name, business email, company or firm, requester role, project information, project/sample location, requested result date, and the testing requirement you provide.
How we use it
We use submitted information to structure the requirement, identify technically suitable laboratory options, obtain executable quotations where appropriate, coordinate testing you authorize, prevent abuse, and maintain request records.
Laboratory disclosure
Relevant technical project information may be shared with a technically suitable laboratory when necessary to obtain a quotation or perform authorized testing. 516Labs' qualified-RFQ workflow withholds customer identity by default until disclosure is required or authorized.
Do not submit sensitive personal data
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, protected health information, or other highly sensitive personal information through the public form.
Retention
Request information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction records, improve matching, and meet applicable operational or legal obligations.
